Any one have any tips on eliminating build up?

The obvious one I know of is waiting a few days off which to me is unacceptable.

I've been using Lava soup on my application points in the shower. It's basically soap with pumice rock. I use it when I have motor oil all over my hands.

Any other tips on removing build up?

Well you can sort of "prolong" the build-up by washing the application points daily, even if you're just using regular soap, but build-up is inevitable.

Not quite sure why its unacceptable to take a day or two off of mones, but if you can, every couple of days, just have one "off" day.

The thing I found that worked best for me was just washing the area daily with soap. That slows build-up down quite a bit, at least for me.

Because it's awesome to ride on the subway and have people move out of your AV way I personally love high none products and the effects both internal and external they bring.

But on the days off I just wear wolf instead.

Maybe even Wolf has a little bit of none in it.. I may be wrong. I suck with my molecules.

But a whole day off of mones actually works to your advantage as well.. but it's up to personal preference.

I use the steam room every other day after my workout....helps relax my muscles, and open up my pores and get the none residue out.
