Do this to raise your DHEA and Testosterone. Ladies should read this too

Let me start of by saying that one of my passions in life is health, diet and nutrition and I can read up on it hours on end.
DHEA -> Testosterone -> Pheromones
If any of you guys are interested in increasing your testosterone and DHEA levels naturally then some of you should look into the mineral magnesium, specifically magnesium oil. Magnesium is probably, in my opinion, a much underrated mineral for health and well-being. Apparently most of the population is deficient in this mineral. Deficiency causes everything from heart disease to anxiety and depression. From my research it seems like the best way to quickly and safely increase your magnesium levels is with magnesium oil.
I'm still a noobie to pheromones but I've read theories that DHEA and testosterones raise your natural pheromones production. As we age our DHEA (our master hormone) levels decline starting in our late 20's. I don't like the idea of taking DHEA supplements because I read it can be dangerous...but that's just me - I don't like taking synthetic vitamins or supplement internally. I believe you can get all you need with whole foods. Putting pheromones aside, you're doing something for your health.
I'm not going to start posting links for magnesium oil products I use because this is only my third post and I don't want to come across as a shill, but there are lots of good products out there. A simple google search can give you tons of info. Type in "magnesium or magnesium oil and DHEA" in the search engine and you'll find articles from lots of experts and respected MD's about it.
Word of warning though - if you do go this root look for a product that is mercury tested as Magnesium oil is in the form of magnesium chloride, derived from the ocean and lots of mercury and pollutants in our ocean and water supplies these days.
Please do your own research and come to your own conclusion. There's so much garbage on the net these days it can make your head spin.
To your health

I assume you take magnesium oil on a regular basis. I know you're being impartial here, but I have to ask you: What you think? What are your personal results?
Thanks!
Hi Fly So Hi,
I do take magnesium oil and I have been using it on and off for about 2 "“ 3 years. Funny enough I started taking magnesium for the same reasons as Fluffy Girl in that I work out a lot and play lot of sports (so wanted something to help me recover faster) and wanted better sleeps. At the time I was waking up a couple of times throughout the night and it was annoying me. Also, magnesium is called the "calm mineral" and it does help your body deal with stress. It was only when I started getting into mones again and started doing some digging that I realize that maybe, in theory; it could help with your natural pheromones...just an added bonus since I was already using it. So that's why I thought I would post about it here and thought maybe some mones users would be interested in it. Whether it does raise DHEA like they claim I can't say for sure.
But, I can honestly say that after a month of using the oil my first time around my sleeps were better, deeper and sleeping right thru the night. Maybe it was helping, maybe not, but something was doing it for me so I kept at it. Like I said I play lots of sports and hit the gym quite a bit and definitely feel less pains and aches.
Do some research and then decide what you think...I just thought that maybe for some mone users that my post would maybe be a little interesting to them since that's why we are all here in the first place.
