I am asking this mainly for the health reasons, because I don't know and I can't find threads which explain if its using mones every single day, risky for health ?
It is smart and necessary to have a pause ? And if it is, how often ?
Maybe this should be included in FAQ's, that's why I am posting in this thread.
Thanks in advance for answers.
This is a good question. Me personally, I'd go weeks after weeks, without any days off at all.
But sometimes I give meself a day or two off.
If I know that I won't meet anyone at all, as in if am gonna have a movie marathon, then I won't wear mones at all.
But let's say if I have party after party, and drive in ride share platforms every day, then I'd defo wear mones every day.
I could be wrong on this, but I think as of yet, there's no concrete evidence that mone products give bad health issues, except die-none depression that some people are proned to. Depression IMHO is a massive issue, so be very careful if ya feel down or blue. If that happens go moneless a whole week while cleaning the app points every day inside that week.

Also. Meo-Nol, a molecule known to add more weight on the user. And decrease testosterone levels (if I understood what I read correctly) has that health issue of gaining unwanted weight on ya and decrease ur sex drive.
I did try Meo-Nol for about 3 weeks staright, but I didn't notice any weight gain or impotency or diminished sex drive. But it was reported to be one of the molecules that add unwanted weight for some users.
But mind u, I usually do a bit of cardiovascular work and me full time work is full of it. We're carrying the com pack and the life pack around our waste all the time and that's about 10 kilos around our waste walking about at least 5000 steps a shift. (Yes we've counted the steps with one of them step counters)
So yeah. Lol. That's what we can think of so far.
1. Build up (as mentioned by BDB420)
2. AV being better at using it every other day (as mentioned by Kocik2000)
3. Die-None depression (many veterans on the board)
4. Meo-Nol unwanted weight gain (many veterans on the board)

Thanks very much
Could you please explain me 2 things :
- Die-none depression ? I know that some people get depression from mones, but why ''Die-none'' ?
- Meo-nol - which pheromones are known that do contain this one ?
