So over the last 3 years, I've used pheromone colognes but every time I used them the effects of them would only last for one hour at a time.

I believe it's because my skin is dehydrated and over the years it's only
gotten worse as now my pheromone colognes don't work at all
when applied to my skin or clothes.

What vitamins, supplements, minerals, or diets do you guys suggest to
make my pheromone colognes last as long as they're supposed to on my skin?

apply coconut oil or lotion prior to application, then apply mones once dried.


Which mones have you tried?

What diet / supplements / are you on? Whats the weather like where you live? Are you fit? You're gonna have to describe anything that you may be doing differently then the hundred of other members who post here regularly.

Which mones have you tried?

I've tried many from LAL, pheromonexs, alpha dream, and when I first started using pheromones they all literally only lasted for an hour each.

But now that my skin has gotten even more dry, they don't work at all.

I just wanna see what you guys have used that has helped improve your skin so that your pheromones naturally last longer

I seen some guy say that he's used some product that helped improve his body so that his pheromones project better and have better duration but I want to know if anyone else has had a similar experience with a different health product/supplement

I used to take a lot of Omega-3 supplements, but I stopped that last year and immediately after, my skin got a lot worse right after I tamed the dragon (masturbated), and I think my deteriorating health is directly linked to my pmo habits, but I have no idea how to fix the problems that they've caused. If that helps?

It's the fapping. I notice , and many others have as well. Quit fapping your mones will work better. Why? No one really knows but that's definitely the culprit.
