Hey guys,

Im new to the forum so Im a tad bit noobish. Im really interested in using pheromones but I have I no direction on how to use them so thats why I'm here. The ones I have are Wolf, AV, Glace, and New Pheromone Additive

About myself:
I am currently 20 years old and a Bio Sci student in Northern California. I work out 4 times a week and play rugby for my school so Im somewhat fit (6'2 235 lbs). I dont talk that often Im actually somewhat shy so that needs improvement. Anyways thats a little about me and I look forward to a great time using pheromones.

You allready have some nice products there! Wolf=respect, glace=social, AV and New Pheromone Additive = sexual

A tall fit guy that plays rugby and works out.. Well i think your general posture might allready be quite intimidating for some girls. So don't go to hard on the alpha stuff imo. Self improvement is key to succes and you will probably have to work on your social/opening skills before getting good results. Girl mostly don't walk upto guys and start hitting on them.. they will let you know they are interested with some obvious or less obvious signals.. but most of them will expect the guy to initiate conversation.

Luckely there is quite a few threads and good info on self improvement too.. (with some added bonusses)

Also remember Pheromones are not the magic ticket to becomming succesfull with girls. They will help, but they are only a piece of the puzzle..

Maybe a good thing to do is start a journal and share your experiences with other users. It will help you by documenting what combo's you tried etc.. It will help us get a more full picture of your journey and will make for some better advice and sugestions..

Hi Thunderclap and welcome to PT . Hope u'll find all your answers here

I would start out with the wolf alone and at night when you go out kick it up with the New Pheromone Additive at two dabs for starters. Glacé can be added or not. IMO wolf doesn't need a social with it. If I was to use glacé I would prob try it solo in an environment where you really want to get people talking. Maybe a good gym mone. It's all relative.
