Purity only means the purity of the molecule (pheromone) itself, it does not have anything to do with the solvent the molecule is dissolved in. Higher purity costs more to synthesize and may have different effects or hits for some users.

Yeah, but is it supposed to mean that it's a 99% match to the original chemical structure? Is it 1% molecularly dirty? Does it mean 99 in 100 "grains" of molecule are the real molecule and the 1 grain is anything else?

I don't think you've understood me. I wasn't talking about the solvent at all. I've been using single molecule concentrates for about a year. I dilute my own. I understand that there are only micrograms of a particular crystal dissolved in the concentrates. But the question is; if the original crystals are, say, 99% pure, what is the remaining substance IN THOSE CRYSTALS.

My first question would be, is 100% obtainable? It may be the process they are using to create the crystals cannot be guaranteed to 100%. So then nothing downstream could be either.
