androstadienone and depression - johnnyB - 09-22-2014 2:39 PM First of all I love androstadienone, it builds up slowly but with certainty. But the depression is real, I always try to put it behind my ear or behind my neck but I still get depressed and anxious. My question is: is there any product/pheromone out there that can beat depression? maybe instant shine or P130 from andronics? How can you get over the depressive effect of androstadienone PS: today I notice that aqua vitae makes me a bit depressed so I guess it has some androstadienone RE: androstadienone and depression - DWR - 09-22-2014 3:31 PM Depression is a complex topic. Two aspects to consider are cortisol imbalance and natural levels of serotonin and dopamine. If you are experiencing depression specific to mones then it's possible cause might be one of the two conditions above. Sam-E is used extensively in Europe to combat depression by helping to regulate histamine levels (which effect serotonin and dopamine). There are a number of herbal supplements used in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) that can significantly help with adrenal fatigue. One excellent mix is Schisandra Adrenal Complex (Planetary Herbals). I would explore both of those as possible solutions. You may be producing low test. Men who produce low normal test are at risk of experiencing depression from Androstadienone products. Get your T levels checked out. Im on androgel, my t was low normal after 6 months of use. 15 on scale 8 to 30. Now Ive added a very good test booster, and am also getting my doc to up my androgel. WHat I have already found is products containing Androstadienone like AM do not bother me anymore even though I use 2-3 x week. Before they put me in severe depression. Low test and Androstadienone depression are linked -- Garry from LAL mentioned this to me in email. RE: androstadienone and depression - HappyGoSkillfully - 09-23-2014 5:32 PM so glad I do not struggle with any type of depression, especially from Pheromones. That would suck. I have had an almost drugged liked effect before right after applying some Pheromones before going out. Made me very sleepy so I took a 10-20 minute power nap - solved. I'll have to try and remember which Pheromones I used. androstadienone and depression - masterfu678 - 09-24-2014 4:33 AM Use copulins, it does the opposite of what Androstadienone does. RE: androstadienone and depression - pherosloth - 06-07-2015 5:03 PM So would using a prpduct like SOB, Ascend (w/cops), or DP be something useful to counteract those effects? Also i have been thinking about how low T occurs and whether it is a symptom of people blwoing their load too much or if its actuslly a body malfunction, but its lead me to begin testing out Androstenone before and after masturbation, with and without multivitamins and several other tests. To me there seems to be many variables to these mones, but if we can figure them all out then we can find a way to work around these pitfalls. And pherosloth, I'd think DP would be a good idea (I've had good results with Primitive and DM oil or DM+ spray myself.) S.O.B. on the other hand has been reported to cause depression worse than Androstadienone in some users, and most reports indicate that it's a miserably-buffered mix. I wouldn't use it if you paid me - Primitive on the other hand is one of the best Androstenone-based mixes out there - that I can highly recommend. Although, Ascend should be fine. RE: androstadienone and depression - pherosloth - 06-07-2015 9:04 PM XyzN, i am familiar with estrogenic compounds in plastic that leak into dri ks, and its the reason i avoid boytled drinks even bottled water. I prefer to have juices mainly and ill make them myself or have them from the can like the V8 fusions and stuff. I also eat celery to help breakdown my body's estrogen levels and keeping my test levels high. I was wondering about that whole thing where people have used cops to increase test levels. Now i know it wouldn't be a great jump in 1 day, but what if one was to use cops all day everyday over a 7 day period? Would the jump be noticable then? And also would it be as much as say the spike in testosterone after 7 days of no ejaculation? Also, speaking about that, lets say that cops do increase your test levels gradually by telling your body to get ready for sex, would you body still have that spike in testosterone? And does the body have a threshold for too much test? Like say after 7 days of no ejaculating you test levels spike up to 1k where before you were at 200 after blowing a load. If cops caused you to go up say 100 a day at the end of day 7 it would be 700, would that boost it up to 1700? Or would it only be a spike of about 300 to hit that 1000 mark? Ive been trying to find info into this kind of thing but i haven't really had the time to look into it much. And what influence would edging have on testosterone production? There seem to be many ways to increase testosterone, so what would have if all these plus eating foods that break apart estrogen and stop the aromatase process resulted in some freat results not just with life itself or your help but also with pheromone production and output? This is probably something i should discuss on the research boards lol, but it does address the issue of depression from dienone products, since those with high T tend to not suffer from its effects. RE: androstadienone and depression - jb20 - 06-07-2015 9:43 PM Use Cohesion(Steve created this because he has Androstadienone depression).Alternatively max T 150 copulin stick(this is what i use). RE: androstadienone and depression - pherosloth - 06-07-2015 10:38 PM I was thinking about buying it and forgot to do so when i ordered Voodoo. I may still do so, but i do have SOB and Ascend with cops in it. I don’t believe that is the case. I believe in a healthy male, you are going to get this 150 percent spike, but in men who are not healthy, I don’t think it’s fair to say it’s going to do that. You might get a little bit of a rise. You might have some results, but it’s not going to fix your man." Sounds like Garry doesn't think cops will have as great an impact as other things he's highlighted in his article. So I wouldn't hold my breathe for Cops making that big of a difference, and applying Cops daily in theory sounds like it would just have your body developing a tolerance to it (no longer raising your t-levels as high the more you use it). RE: androstadienone and depression - DarkLord1 - 06-08-2015 5:23 PM Just my 2 cents for what it's worth...Vitamin D3 works for me. Androstadienone makes me sleepy, as does a few other products...So I use a B-Complex and I take Vitamin D3 everday. D3 is supposed to help with depression. D3 + B-Complex is useful only for mild cases of depression, IMO. RE: androstadienone and depression - pherosloth - 06-11-2015 12:22 AM (06-08-2015 12:49 PM)XyzN Wrote: quoting Garry again, This is an email from Garry as i have been having a conversation about the impact of cops and their effectiveness on our hormone homeostasis Garry Nelson to me 1 day agoDetails Hello, As far as Copulins resistance. I'm not sure about that one. You can look at what happens naturally. Nature say you come into contact with many woman daily and many of them are ovulating. If you go out in public you would encountering Copulins all day long. If you are isolated with one woman then you would only come into contact with them for about a week per month. In a tribal society the women of the village would most likely synchronize to the alpha female and again you would have about a week to two weeks a month that you would be exposed due to overlap. What about a guy that has sex with different women every night of the week. Is he going to have higher or lower testosterone? On a side note. The average American male of today from every age group has 20% less testosterone than the average American male of the 70s. I'm around monumental amounts of Copulins all day every day and I use my own products on top of that. My testosterone is higher than the average 30 year old of the 70s and I'm heading towards 50. Is it from me being around excessive pheromones, is it my lifestyle, or genetics, I don't know. Thank you, Garry Nelson I have to say that hes right in the sense that we probably are exposed to many things not just copulins all day everyday, and our only refuge is being at home, unless of course they too are ovulating in which sense we dont have much luck in the eay of copulin free inhalation. I was reading many different articles since yiur last post from many reoutable sites, and as it turns out copukins actually increase T levels by about 150% within 10-15 minutes and keep them that way for as much as 3-4 hours in which case after exposure, the body drops it back down to baseline whatever that may be for each of us. So it also seems the same for ejaculation where T levels drop for a few hours then rise back up again. So in essence, whatever level we are normally at stays where its at unless like mentioned in this thread, they are lowered by estrogebic compounds like say in chemicals in food, water, air, etc. But if this is the case, it would seem that its not a drop in T levels for a short term of degree, the introduction of estrogenic compounds or estrogenic causing compounds are responsible for not just a dip of T levels for a short term but rather a baseline drop which could be permanent until those compounds are removed from the body. But who knows right? RE: androstadienone and depression - pherosloth - 06-11-2015 9:39 AM Then again i got to thi king about dienone depression and realized there may actually be something going on. I recently tried 5mg Pregnenolone sublingually and found the *exact same* depression going on there. It's a neurological effect, though psychological factors may intensify this. RE: androstadienone and depression - pherosloth - 06-16-2015 4:03 PM The increase of cortisol is also prevalent within people who have an increase of sexual desire, and the cortisol levels are vanquished after orgasm, typically in men the increase of prolactin reduces the effects of cortisol on the body and brain reducing sexual desire. Maybe the effects of cortisol on the body are different, depending maybe on how the brain perceives the release of this cortisol. RE: androstadienone and depression - andromun - 06-18-2015 8:32 PM Sorry for the idiot question here: For those sensitive to Androstadienone , have you ever tried using the back of your neck as an app point? That's pretty much standard, but if days are hot, mones will be mones and fly in all directions and your nose unfortunately may get hit. I was reading somewhere (maybe this thread or another) talking about Low T and depression from Androstadienone , and how those with low T get hit with the depression. Idk if it holds weight, and I've got a bright idea that it does based on phero output on both Low T and moderate T individuals. For one, Androstadienone is naturally produced by us, so no reason ehy we should be hit with depression when using a synthetic version. Maybe if people did stuff to raise their T then try Androstadienone , it may have a different outcome. So far ive been wesring a lot of Androstadienone and i haven't gotten depression. Idk if ive become immuned to it, my T levels are high, or maybe ive been counteracting it with Ascend but i dont feel the depression from stuff like Imprint, Cohesion, Androstadienone (straight), or Taboo (which i read somewhere has a bit of Androstadienone in the ng range i think. Maybe my T levels are hogh since i may be producing a high level of Pheromones as part of my natural sig, or maybe the ragging chicks near me are causing my body to increase T levels to toss out Pheromones like Androstadienone and other comfort mones. I always use this app point, but for any mix that diffuses decently, like Voodoo (assuming it does contain Androstadienone ) or Imprint, any app point is prone to cause depression. Even at 1 drop to the back of the neck, VD caused massive depression and had to be washed off immediately. I just don't think it's worth it when P96 does a much better job than Androstadienone when it comes to bonding/romance. Too much comfort - if there's already Androstadienone in VD, it would be pointless, and if there isn't, it would still be pointless - depression is a bitch. P96 worked fine with Voodoo, IME, but I'd suggest combining with an alpha mix or sexual in any case to balance out the combo. VD on its own is too soft, too friendly on its own to work well in most situations. Aside from this, it just looks like a mediocre, poorly-buffered sexual mix. I think I'll stick to Primitive myself. As to the P79, keep in mind that'll amplify *all* components in the mix, including the Androstadienone . If that wasn't bad enough, it can have extremely unpredictable results in a complex mix - not a good idea. RE: androstadienone and depression - pherosloth - 06-22-2015 11:54 AM I once tried a mix with Ascend 1 drop Voodoo 4 drops P96 30mcg P86 20mcg Titan 1 spray and then topped it off with Core And dear Jebus i was on top of the world! The self effects of the mix was easily described as Self confident with increasing confidence, calm collected, a lot of brainstorming not just about myself and my effects on the class due to observation but the nature of whatever i heard, but it also had me asking questions as well. The effects on others seemed to be that the class was also calm and collected, but also everytuing seemed to roll through smoothly. There was an equal portion of class time to question and answers interspersed throughout the whole class time, and as the professor was finishing up his stuff for the day it hit 1:15pm exactly. I felt that people left that day rather well learned but content based on the talking that was going on about what we had just learned. Most the time we end early about 5-10 minutes or we end up going over 5 minutes. So it was definitely a noticeable transition from my usualy mone wear. Towards me, it seemed to hinge upon respect, as well as something akin to "who is this guy again?" As if bately looking at me for the first time. Like if somehow i had an invisibility cloak on me the whole time before, and had it removed. This i know to be Voodoo, and from the first couple days of use i noticed this. The respect factor i know came from Ascend, and idk about other people or maybe it was that combined effort of Voodoo and P86, but it made them keep staring at me like there was something different about me but in an attractive way, this i know cause longer stares and smiles was what i noticed. Not enough to garner sexual attraction ime but enough to get something going, P96 probably helped hold it all together somewhat and i felt its mood upliftment slightly, it may have been a better idea yo add another spray for next time. Could it be that the minor cops in Ascend helped as well? Whatbif inwas to add Androstadienone to this mix? Ill have to wait for testing kike this when i get back in school. For the time being though im beginning testing into some new stuff i got from Apex and continue my Androstadienone testing (after a small break, as well as continuing my testing on the different phases of the woman's menstrual cycle and what mones would best work. Other than feeling slightly This oriented as in having a little more trouble collecting my thoughts, I felt fine. My bride was extra snuggly and very affectionate. This past month I have been using 40-60 Androstadienone on my wife with NA. She gets quiet . I switched this past week to my home made version of Cohesion spray. I mixed it with Joob cologne. 1-4 ratio. 1 drop of cohesion to 4 sprays of job. She became more open and flirty.
