Lets all play nice. I don't see much harm I hyping something. If it fails to live up I'm sure it will come out in the wash. Chances are good that it will be a great mix. I'm no fan boy of any particular company but I have yet to be disappointed in xs products. I have never tried original a314 so I am pretty excited to see whatbthis blend is all about. This will probably be my next order if all goes well with testing.

I dont want to be that guy, but I dont think it needs hype either. Steve's products speak for themselves. If it is close to the original A314 then this will be a hit, if not Steve will take a hit for false promises. That is enough hype.

I am excited for it, but after I know this product is an A314 like product I have an expectation which is very easy to cause me to be disapointed.

Why not make your own interpretation Steve? I don't want to put words into your mouth but I thought you didn't like copying formulas. Of course, I you do, I will gladly buy ;)

I know this was just on off the cuff mention of an a314 clone, but I was the one that started the shitstorm in the insiders club I'm not just trying to stir them... I paid good money for a product which is practically worthless. SteveO, would you be able to calm us down with an ETA? lol...

After this shitstorm on here and on AD, I have a feeling Steve got a few requests to make this. He already had it done so this is just the natural progression.

I am sure he is testing it and has some friends. Once they figure out it is the real deal he will release it. A couple weeks of testing sounds right.

I don't like copying, you are right about that. Especially great products that I myself personally love. Yes I love A314 and still wear it on certain occasions, mostly out clubbing.

This blend came to be about two years ago and because of that very reason I shelved it. What was interesting was it was exactly 9 molecules. That is still what the A314 tech info says to this day. I know they keep saying they revised it over the years and last I heard it was about 17.

I always thought the first blend was the best. They had this amazing fragrance called Royal go with it and it just invoked a sense of, well royalty. So when I was making Ascend I had 9 ingredients and they were all at exactly the right ratios. When I made MX301 the Evolve predecessor, I had it at 12 drops of this, 30 drops of that and Jasmin made me change it. I had to fit a certain plan where it was even's in a pipette. So it had to be .5ml or 2mL but couldn't be 33 drops.

With API, it actually worked out to be exactly that too. I wasn't looking to make it A314 at all, but maybe I just stumbled onto it. From everything I have been reading I am personally mortified to know they kept changing something that worked and worked f***ing fabulous!

Reading about it now it seems to be completely dysfunctional hit or miss crap. I also believe that the ultra fine edition was actually back to 9 pheromones, but I was asked not to mention that at the time. I didn't. The stock reply was nothing changed it must just be you and that kind of pissed me off. I loved A314 and can tell it apart from any product out there. To change it is blasphemy.

API was an eerily close rendition in my belief to the original 9 molecule A314. However I felt about it though was why bother, so again I filed it away. When I read those reports I revisited it and made it again. To me its what I believe is a great interpretation of a wonderful product that others claim has changed beyond recognition. Here's the thing though, I'm not hyping anything and I don't want hype ever. I want these products to work just as good for you as they do for me. It's what I'm building my entire business model on. I use mones so if they don't work you won't see them in the lineup.

That's why I said I was sending them out to people in the orders to test. All I can ask for is your valued honest feedback so I can continue to create products that actually work at reasonable prices.

So please don't anyone get caught up in what I say about my own products, what anyone else says about my products. Make your own determination and provide your feedback.

My feedback is that this very much reminds me of the original A314 blend that I used and loved from Androtics. I hope it works the same for you and you get incredible results.

I'm all for good new alpha-mixes and many neutral reports on those.

I mean I can live with some hype and don't get mad at commercials for pushing the next best car, because in the end it's still me who decides what to buy and what not to. Either I want to have the brand new thing, or I'll rather wait for tests and reports.

Also LJ genuinly wants a good alpha mix, and even tried to help with improving Corpo, back when the first reviews started trickling in.

Still, SteveO may have a little popularity bonus over other vendors here. He got great CS, participates in this forum, makes custom mixes for members to test, got lots of history/contacts in pheromones, a flashy and clean website and good promotions/discounts. It's just human nature that we may be a little biased towards people we like. Combine that with pheromone-testing being a very subjective task, and you may get reviews that are a bit biased.
Idk if that's the case or not, all I can say is that I've seen XS products being pushed very hard in here.
