You don't need much in my opinion with AlphaQ, 1 spray is enough, 2 spray is good too and 3 is just too much for me.
I had very good hit with just a spray that barely came out, it wasn't a full spray and it was still working, I got approached by a girl in a night club, also there were a lot of women in it looking at me. It feels a bit like AV to me with the hits, but that's just me, it's not as noticeable as AV but more noticeable than most product I own, I have to test more though.

With 20 diff human pheromones in there I can see why less is better, but it still needs more testing at diff doses.

Went to whole foods yesterday without more AQ apps, the clerks were super helpful like one of them taking me to the hot food section when they could literally just show me the direction and another one offered to open up a protein bar so I could sample it. However, I have no baseline behaviors for these clerks since I rarely go to whole foods. I doubt they were hits, but perhaps residue did some work?

Does Alpha Q (scented) or let's say any AD's product such as Glace be used as a cologne cover or do we still need to use cologne to cover them?

It's up to you. Mones work with or without cologne covers. However, most would agree that scented/cologne covers make the projection/diffusion better. Some people roll with unscented mones all the time, but those are probably non-stink social mones.

If a product is scented, you should be fine without any extra colognes.

Unless what you meant was stacking Glace on top of Alpha Q then I would suggest not to do so.

So can I consider scented Glace and Alpha Q to be considered as cologne "covers" while scented oils / sprays would require a cologne cover?

A scented product means it is premixed with cologne covers, be it spray, oil, silicone or dpg.
