LAL, Alpha Dream, and Lovescent are reliable sources for Androstadienone . But, diffusion rates differ though. Apparently, 30 to 80 mcg are the optimum application dosages. I'm still trying to get a handle on this mone. There are more experienced users like As33 that may give better advice on this.

As a newbie, I suggest sticking to one or two products, three tops. You need to get a handle on each product individually first. This is a common mistake I fell for. I started mixing too many products that I was clueless as to what product was creating what effect. Just trying to save you some time, confusion, and frustration.

Anywhere from 10 to 60 mcg have been used effectively, to summarize what you will see in the forums. The ratios between mones however is critical to make the pheromone signature match real human signatures approximately enough to trigger a response

ok thanks guys, I will test out my ordered mones for now to find my sweet spot first, and then consider using androstadienone when I understand them better!

Well said. Throwing socials over alpha products is just an excuse to be reckless.

Yeah i never apply another mone on top of another. Use different spots. My like the back of my neck or behind the ears is just for my Androstadienone
