Bitcoins

Any members here that had it before? I just brought a "miner" off ebay and mining the Bitcoins right now, but I'm hardly getting a profit because the miner hardware is way too outdated for the difficulty of the blocks nowadays.

I had some advice over at Bitcointalk, a forum for the Bitcoin users. That says Bitcoin mining is sort of a hardware competition, those who got the best hardware for the newest Bitcoin difficulty will get a lot fo Bitcoins, and those who are late will get nothing at all, so if you don't have the cash, don't do mining. You need to consider the cost of electricity too.
On the other hand, we could use the Bitcoins exchanged to real currencies to buy pheromone products, lol.
