Personally I haven't heard of that but it is possible. Even though Arabs have many cultural similarities, we also have our differences. . I asked a family member they aren't aware of it either. However, Muslims consider it as a cleanser. They believe that it pushes away evil spirits if they believe they are present in a room. I know it's very popular in Saudi Arabia. But it is not solely used for evil spirit cleansing. Many use it at home as part of their culture because they like the smell. I view bakhoor the same way I view oud; mostly used by gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait). It is less used in other Middle Eastern countries (Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Jordan).

Posted this to the journal but figured I'll copy it here.

No wolf today. Going phero free.

Cinis labs: unholy water

I like the smell
Wife hates the smell. I asked her what it smelled like and she said something unholy. Played on the name.

Seriously besides unholy it's rotten decayed wood smell with some sort of spice or seasoning to spruce it up.

Onus has been my favorite. Similar to Pashazade kinda in a way. I'll end up getting a bottle of this.

Blasphemy sounds good also but didnt get a sample of that.

I'll have to check out Onus. Especially if it has some similarity to Pashazade. thanks for the heads up!

I'm going to wear it tomorrow all day. I got a full bottle of Pashazade so I'll smell them side by side.

I didn't find ONUS to be similar to Pashazade but I indeed enjoy it. It smells like Rose water; which is a change to most of Cinis' scents (wood/frank). If I make a new purchase from Cinis, I'm buying a 10ml of Onus and Chypre and maybe Mandarin Pepper (I like it but the soapy scent is a bit overpowering)

I’m a big fan of their amber. It’s just pure amber by itself.

I have onus on one wrist and 1 spray of Pashazade on the other. Pashazade is the spray not the trial of roll on.

Wifey and I both think its similar. Not the same but similar. Onus seems to be a constant scent while the Pashazade is weaker than the trial size I have but more smells going on with it.

I'll rock both of them.

Very cool. Thanks for the test! I might try Onus if it is similar to Pashazade because that way I can have something that is already unphero'd to play with as a cover scent.

C12H26O iso e cologne: love this. I love it. Ladies love it. On my second bottle.

Based in my results and kocik, my purchases would be in this order:
Iso e
Whiskey tobacco
Amber or frankincense sandalwood OUD
Son of a gun

Based on kociks reviews will need to try the amber and chypre wood samples.

Is the c12h260 cologne the same as the iso e kn the dropper bottle?
