It's worth mentioning that DHEA and 7-Keto-DHEA can do a lot of the same things, and that supplementing with DHEA will also increase 7-Keto levels.

This is what Garry from LAL told me when I was suffering the blues.. To get my T levels checked out because guys with low normal T are subjecting themselves to potential depression when exposed to Androstadienone .

Ever since I take 10 g androgel daily and do full bodyweight exercises 2-3 x week (including many squats), I no longer get Androstadienone depression from products like AM,and L2k... LAL Androstadienone hits me hard though... so does imprint.. I think its the buffers in AM and L2k that offset the depression from Androstadienone .

Just my hypothesis.. I am not 100% certain.. Anyone care to shed any more light on the subject?

I like this 7 keto dhea idea... Not sure of the sides... I will have to research.
