No haven't heard. I just like the fact he teaches different ways to not act like a wuss. It isn't the content, but rather a way of thinking. That's why I find it so easy. Basically like "Dizzy" off Gears of War 2 says "Get up and be a Man."

It doesn't matter too much what you do, as long as you follow what was intended in nature and do anything engaging, as long as it falls within acceptable social framework. Its also one of my favorite motto's by Nike. "Just Do It."
