Age definitely plays a role is how herbs affect your health, absolutely.

Well, i was taking another supplement at the same time. So i am not sure if it was the other herb or antler velvet.

But what i do know, is the antler velvet affected me physcially the other affecting me mentally , itturned me into a sexual deviant, a real pervert.

So because i had physical ailments/side effects, i assumed it was the antler velvet. But the other herb could have contributed as well.

I was taking about 100mg, 2 pills a day. one before workout the other before bed to help with igf-1 production.

Some days i took like 4-5 pills just because..... but usually when i did this i would take a few days off.

Antler velvet is an excellent product, but if your under the age of 30 ( till your test levels drop naturally) there is really no need to take them. Unless your interested in a gaining muscle during a mass phase, it can help.

But also, i should note. Antler velvet is not just used in training for testosterone or igf production. It is used for joints, etc.

So i assume you could take it over a long period of time, just lower doses.


But if your over 30, i would recommend taking LONGJACK ( hehe... how do you think it gots its name) it is also called Tongkat ali. amazing product. Just remember to cycle it.

I'm 25 and i am trying this product out for shits and giggles. It is phenomonal for increasing test, weight lifting- burning fat, sexual properities, etc.

BTW, for joints, I take daily Glucosamin Chondroitin w/MSM, and I never have any problem anymore with any of my joints, even when lifting very heavy. But you probably already know it.

Yeah glucosamin chrodrotion w/ msn is very good. I have heard though, in order for it to be effective in actually helping repair/rebuild tissue etc.
That you have to take it for months on end, daily. with vitamin C.... vitamin c acts as the rebar in the cement( Gluco/msn/chron) it holds it together.

So for longjack, i can pm you a website where i purchased mine from.

I think it is good, on one website it says to take no more than 2 a day of longjack and 50 mg each for a total of 100mg,

but this bottle/brand says 2-4, so 100 mg to 200 mg, and 4-8 if you are working out or about to get sexual. which is crazy, i think. I take 2 a day, but im only 25 so im not going to over do it.


But deer velvet is for joints + igf, used in training- i think woman can use this as well, longjack is for testosterone and overall MALE health ( woman can use it but like 1/4 of mens amount.....

If want elixers. check out " Dragon Herbs" .. a white guy who started a herb company based on chinese herbs.

Products look insane and he sells Deer Antler velvet in a tincture for like $75.. apparently its top notch.

I did a little searching on google for you but couldn't find much maybe if you can't get everclear get some plain vodka and just use vodka with no water since vodka is alcohol and water.
If you can't get any liquor maybe you might want to try to make ur own alcohol at home.

Thanks, Shadowknight. I like the idea of making it myself, (being cheap). Also, using vodka should work. A hell of alot cheaper making it that way, plus, after using some 'mones, i will have some leftover vodka at home for extra social lubricant/pantie removal purposes.

Sublingually is done by putting the liquid under your tongue for several seconds and then swallowed
