I am on day 2 of DP.. So far so good.. I did experience a slight headache on day one... and a little fatigue this morning... I keep forgetting to shake the bottle...

If you're getting headaches, stop using it. I've been lucky to find only few products that I get headache from. But I don't build tolerance on those. I just stop using them and move on to other products.

Also note, people around you might get headaches even though you're fine and they'll avoid you. So sometimes that explains part of the 'ghosting' if you're exposing people to high dosage.

Are you using euro dropper or bulb dropper. BTW are you in 20's or 30's;I need to know this so I won't od.
