Anyone tried Creed Royal Mayfair? Smelled it for the first time today and it's absolutely intoxicating.

I'm planning on sampling it in a couple weeks. I could use a good summer rose-based scent.

Today I wore vintage AG Eau d'Hadrien EdT. Very nice and fresh in an original way. The cypress (modified by lemon) really comes out in this one. It feels as though it belongs in some point in the distant past, yet it doesn't feel dated. Unfortunately, it lasts about two hours maximum on my skin. I'm going to need to start modifying this scent...

Always look at base note trading post.They got creed splits.Buying from retail is way too expensive unless, you are getting a 500mL vial.(You probably know.Just posted for others)

I use Surrender to Chance. I'll be buying a 2 to 3mL vial at first. I always buy Creed from grey market resellers - retail is far overpriced.

I have. Like all creeds it has a freshness about it. To me it's pretty regal. As a frag head I like the scent but I doubt I'd get compliments from people in my age group. I've gotten compliments from older women. I think it's a very unique fragrance.

None in my collection has been paid retail! !

At first spray it smelled a bit too strong, and then after dry down I couldn't stop smelling it from the strip it was sprayed on!

But yes! Incredibly expensive. $935 for 17 Oz, although a better deal than getting the smaller sizes, is a hefty price to shell out.

If you really like it, get in on a split!! True money saver!

I'll be sampling Royal Mayfair along with a number of other scents here soon to use as reference for my own scents in the future. Next week I'll be getting in on a split for Aventus, as I don't have any for comparison's sake at the moment. The next month beyond that will be partially dedicated to developing an Aventus-inspired mix. As much as I love the idea of a fresh, smokey pineapple-based scent, I'm less a fan of achieving this through the use of synthetics.

I would love to smell your all natural rendition of Aventus!
