Getting Laid With Pheromones, A Rough Guide and What to Look For

A lot of new pheromone users are mostly interested in getting more sex. That's a perfectly legitimate reason to use them. (That's what got me interested in pheromones!) Deciding which pheromones to use, and which product to buy, can be really tough because there are so many competing products out there, and a lot of them are very good! So here's a really quick, rough guide for new users on what to look for in a Pheromone product for clubbing or "Night Game". This guide is drawn from personal experience, reading in psychology and other sciences, and what others have reported on this and other forums about their subjective experiences of pheromone effects. It's not gospel, but it's good enough to get you started!

For a woman to decide to have sex with a guy, three elements must be present. Sexual tension, comfort or trust, and status. She must feel sexual tension or 'chemistry' between the two of you; she must feel comfortable enough to express her sexuality with you, and believe that there will be no negative outcomes if she does; and she will usually want you to be the man and lead, which means authority or higher status.

These elements have to be balanced with each other. Too much sexual tension without comfort will scare someone (of any sexual orientation) away. This could get you labelled "creepy". Comfort without tension and you are not a "sexual threat" and get put in the friend zone, a wimp or "Average Frustrated Chump". A lack of status means less trust on her part and also less tension. It also means you won't be able to lead the interaction in a sexual direction. Even in a long-term relationship an imbalance will tend to kill the relationship, so it doesn't just apply to night game.

Sexual tension seems to be linked to the pheromone androstenone. It signals that you are a virile male and that you can and will have sex with her. You can also introduce sexual tension by touching her, using sexual double entendres in your conversation, and with proper body language. Eye contact, properly used, can create a lot of sexual tension. As a rule, women who date a lot of men will respond better to sexual tension. In men, a so-called "alpha male" will be able to handle a lot of tension, so women tend to throw tension at a man to see if he can handle it. A woman who is at the fertile period of her cycle and is primed to get pregnant by her genes will also tend to respond better to androstenone. Sexual tension is what actually gets a woman into bed, so using things like Turn Up The Heat a few minutes before sex will happen can get you past 'last minute resistance'. Copulins also seem to cause sexual arousal by increasing testosterone levels in men and increasing blood flow in men and women.

Comfort seems to be linked to the androstenols, alpha and beta, and also androstadienone. The androstenols seem to create a feeling of "connection" and make people want to talk. You can also create this by acting chivalrously ("protecting" her from oncoming cars as you cross the street for example). Androstadienone does not seem to synergise all that well with androstenone, but is very good for relieving menstrual symptoms in women. Look for pheromone products containing androstenol rather than androstadienone. Save the androstadienone for when your girlfriend has PMT. Copulins can decrease comfort with a woman because it signals you are sexually active or in a relationship, so it can make you seem like a player.

Status seems to be linked to androsterone. Both sexes are drawn to persons of high social status and will tend to follow their lead. A lot of pheromone mixes for work or high status (such as Androtics' A314 and Instant Gentleman, and probably others too) include androsterone. Too much of it can make the wearer seem a bit like a doormat, so it needs to be balanced by a more virile signal like androstenone. Androsterone can also have positive self-effects for men, making them more able to tolerate sexual tension. Most women, (not all, but most) will wait for a man to make the first move and want him to direct the interaction. With high status, you will be able to turn things sexual. If your status is too much higher than hers, without comfort, you will seem unattainable. If your status is lower than hers you will be rejected. Copulins can also signal high status, it shows that another woman has chosen him and people will generally tend to follow what they see others doing.

When you're looking for a good basic pheromone mix for pickup, start with one that has those three ingredients (androstenone, androstenol, androsterone). Androtics' Ammunition cologne and Liquid Alchemy Labs' Passion are examples. Once you get a handle on a basic pheromone mix like that, you can start to make up your own mixes.

I never thought of it this way but it makes sense.

Hella good post Tezza! The only point I'll waver a bit on is your assessment of androstadienone.

Androstadienone does not seem to synergise all that well with androstenone, but is very good for relieving menstrual symptoms in women. Look for pheromone products containing androstenol rather than androstadienone. Save the androstadienone for when your girlfriend has PMT.

I've thought this way in the past but after wearing Instant Female Magic around my fiance, I've found she enjoys me wearing it just about anytime of her cycle. Dunno how atypical her response is or how much Instant Female Magic differs from chemset Androstadienone , but I won't delegate it to a single purpose category anymore. Individual responses can vary a lot. I think what you say is a valid rule of thumb for the guy who's just looking for a good time, but don't let that mindset carry over if you run into something more long term.

Renny, yes, some women seem to respond to the comfort pheromones more than others. I've even read of cases where women were turned off by androstenone but sexually turned on by androstenol. My original post is really intended for new pheromone users just starting out, and I think it's a pretty good rule of thumb for new guys.
