I no longer give a fuck if you fine ladies and gentleman know what I look like, but I'm proud of the weight I've lost, so here is a before / after of my face (so far).

I've want to drop another 75lbs.. Which won't happen overnight... But this is where I started.

Old Face:

I actually didn't measure before hand, and that is the only picture I have of me at my fattest, don't even have a full body shot of me... But, for weight comparison I was 435lbs, now I'm 342lbs...

But, I lift weights 3x a week, I'm on a very strong ketogenic diet, I implemented Intermittent Fasting (which broke my 4 months weight plateau) and I'm developing a nice core under my fat, which will be visible in another 75lbs >.<
