To get the best results, you are supposed to listen to tape 1 every day for a WEEK, then switch to tape 2 for however long.

Then go back and forth until your subconscious fully integrates everything.

The best time to listen to the tapes is right before you go to sleep or the very second you wake up.

Your mind is the most pliable during this time

Dont listen while you are sleeping. Instead of going to deep trance when you hear marks voice, you will actually train yourself to go to sleep when you hear his voice.

Thank you , I tried the first part last night and this morning. Granted I need to repeat it for a while but I had a sense of being calm ,determined , and focus today. Not sure if its just me or not , but I'm liking it.

nope its not just you. i experienced the same thing

trust me, its gets a lot better.

the calm will prevade your life and things will start to shake and move.

negative people will magically disappear, more libido, intense urges to go to the gym, brain orgasms, more confidence, etc etc

my favorite thus far, is you will start to hypnotize people and get whatever you want in a conversation

i do have some more stuff, ill post it later tonight

stick with it, it gets way better
