I am new to mones but probably in a similar situation RE friend zone.

The key answer to the OP is post #3: If you want changed results of your actions you need to change your actions - Period -
Tsu See highlighted the fact nearly 3000 years ago in his "The art of war". Mones are very helpful, but only a part of the equation. I see them as a silent subcommunicated promise to the girls: "This is a real man. He is all you want". Then the man needs to fullfil the promise by acting accordingly to the mone signature. That's what congruence means.
So here are 3 possible outcomes for the OP:
1. With mones and action he got the girl and didn't tell us, maybe to busy f...ing her - the best option in the name of love.
2. He overcame his oneitis and moved on. Also a good outcome: Lessons learned.
3. He's still wondering why it's not working well. Oh, and mones are snake oil and don't work.
