Is there any way to appraise the contents of products

I took a chemistry class 2 semesters ago and I remember running compounds through centrifuges, pH indicating solutions, distillation and separating compounds through heating. The contents of some chromium compounds appeared green and iron had a red color (perhaps because it was oxidized).

I've never taken an organic chemistry class (although I would like to now just for the sake of researching pheromones, its grown as a hobby to me). I wonder if there are methods of separating the contents of androstenone, etc or appraising the concentration of them.

Well, I've been wondering the same thing. If you can pick apart a banana and tell me all the components, why couldn't you be able to diagnose all components and %'s of the components of these blends?

Too expensive to do maybe?

You can get a chemical analysis on any chemical formula. This is why I don't understand the lack of transparency that some companies here have.

Any formula here can be chemically reverse engineered.

"Qualitative analysis gives an indication of the identity of the chemical species in the sample, and quantitative analysis determines the amount of certain components in the substance. The separation of components is often performed prior to analysis. Analytical methods can be separated into classical and instrumental." (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Analytical_chemistry).

The cost is prohibitive for the average user though.

We need to all pitch in to appraise the old A314, because I haven't tried it yet!

A314's contents will become known in under a year. I will say no more.
