Mixes and how to use

Hi, I'm new to this and need to get some pointers.
I have the new pheromone additive and mixed it in a sample spray bottle 10 sprays of cologne to 2 drops. I then spray it twice on my neck. Is this the way to apply it or should I spray it all in me?
