The pump mechanism on NAG is tricky, so i will try and explain as best as possible: I'd depress the pump until the smallest noticeable amount came out. The dose might have been as big as the eraser on a pencil. Spread on wrist pulse points and neck.

My bad on forgetting about the night with M3X: Sprayed it, and it just kind of "spit" out on my neck. Proceeded to spray one more time on my forearms and rub it onto the other.

Self effects: made me and two other guys (one of which i just met on this trip and the other I've known professionally for two years) go out like a tight knit pack of friends on the town. There was camaraderie and open ness throughout our night out. I struck up a few conversations with other patrons (male and female) and found getting a conversation started was very easy and truthful.

One more thing about NA by itself: numerous compliments from other people, whom id never met before and about how good i looked and positive body language when people met me, with little to no effort on my part.

okay, what were the dosages? yes, I know that you mentioned that NAG was about the size of a pencil eraser...but, M3X? Did you use one spray? You mentioned that it kinda spit out.

He basically said 1/4 to max 1/2 pump NAG and approx 2 sprays m3x.
