There is no one way. Think of pheromones as putting on makeup. Everyone has their own sequence and preferences; the only thing that matters is what works for you. Just play around and try to figure out which methods seem to work best for you and go with whatever works for you in your unique situation.

Myself, I apply the drop directly onto my skin and spread with my fingers, or opposing limbs (such as wrist to wrist, forearm to forearm, etc).
