What if they claim on giving sample packs with every order then single some people out?. If you want to give out sample packs, you should treat everyone the same. Now if it is given out as some sort of reward, then that's a different story

Guess so. I guess it depends on what expectation you go for. I personally don't like to set myself up for disappointment. Thats why I never look for freebies or a handout, why I not only don't accept something from someone, but give anything either, without knowing what I'm getting myself into. For personal relationships thats good for knowing how you establish the relationships, but thats beyond the bounds of the point I made.

The sample packs are no big deal as i have plenty products to play with.
But twice tells me they dont care about sending them to me.
Maybe if they knew I posted here they would have. Too bad for them.
I didnt and wont email demanding or requesting anything as i dont care, just recording my experience.

Love Scent explicitly offers sample packs with orders, so not including them is unacceptable. If it were simply customary for them to be included, the issue would be different.

They probably get so many orders because their so well known, that they can afford to not care. Kind of happens when operations get bigger. Thats why I expect less personal treatment or customer service from those who are more into mass production.

yea the only time i order from them i didn't get any samples but i do see them listed on their page i guess they rather sell them than give them out.
