I havn't used mine recently at all. I've only actually used it like 3 times, still have most the bottle left.
Yes, it does feel like it fast burns. I agree with the best results under 2hr mark.

The only regret I have was using it my first time. The 1st day self-effects are none like another and you will be absolute paradise the first 15 minutes. At least that's how I felt.

Oh how I wish I could relive 1st day self effects again.

I've got some organic clary sage coming as well, to explore the hypothesis as to whether the fading of the scent of the clary has anything to do with silage/continued efficacy. Well thing is, I used it for like 3 times when I first got it, it's been months since I last used it. The few times after day 1, were great, just not as great as day 1 haha. If it's one piece of advice, it'd be to make sure you have the best opportune 1st time environment to use it in, you don't want to waste those 1st day selfies It's still a nice go-party fun mode feeling I get I think no matter what. I just have my mind first in that thought. That goes for a lot of my socials now. I'm more easily swayed by the effects if I already am feeling pretty good. The 1st and maybe 2cd time using Odyssey on myself, it just shot me into pure laughter for those 15 mins. Then I had thoughts about how funny it is how I couldn't stop laughing, this just triggered more laughing and so on.

This is all just self-effects tho, it still works wonders on others as it had before.
For no real reason, I had a co-worker try it out w/o telling them it's pheromones, but it would make them happier. They were laughing at any stupid joke I made and just standing around them, I could feel the effects radiating off them to me as well, it was fun lol.

I rarely use it now because
1.) I find it hard to cover. That clary sage sure stands out. Since it feels like it fast burns, it's also hard to re apply under the radar when I should, so I end up not reapplying usually. If I were to use this as part of my daily mix, dropping it or adding it in would be easily detected & probably questioned...and I don't want to make it a daily mix, or stop n go with it too much.
2.) I actually don't find many appropriate times to use it. I don't party a lot, so I don't have many good times for it. I also am looking to creating more serious bonding type effects more than party/fun ones, so this is kind of the opposite for me haha.

I may not wear it as often for similar reasons, but I think the occasional "stupid funny" hehe, will come in handy. I'm a bit scared of the clary sage, but have a few ideas to try out "just in case" - will just have to wait and see how that turns out. Thanks for all the great info

Received delivery and Holy Moly is that clary herbaceous! I risked toning it down with some jasmine. Planning to test it out later tonight Promise to savor my "first time".

This behaves on me completely different than I expected!

Last night: 4 sprays
I expected to be giddy, giggly. Now I was home alone, so maybe if I'd had someone to play with? BUT as it was, it all me by my lonesome. What I got was a SUPER zen feel. Just super relaxed and happy. Not giddy, but I did have several minutes (15-20) where my heart rate went up and yet there was nothing about me that felt manic. Once that passed I was just super happy and tranquil feeling. Not quite drunk-like but definitely a little...spacy?

Now. I've been wearing mones for years now so I likely have a tolerance to a-nol, but a good indicator that Odyssey was doing it's job was when the man got home. HE was happy, happy, happy - animated, talking with his hands, very expressive with his conversation. WAY not his norm for after work But entertaining none the less!

Today I'm wearing 5 sprays. Last night I also added 20 drops of jasmine scented perfume to the bottle to sit overnight because - wow - clary sage But I'm still going to see how/if adding cs essential oil changes (or doesn't) things during wear.

So far I'm feeling warmed up temp wise, but no thumping heart like yesterday. I actually expected that. Sometimes with new blends that happens on the first wear - usually a-nol heavy ones But tonight I'm sitting here just smiling to myself over nothing and enjoying this. I'm thinking you shouldn't operate heavy equipment, or try to have a conversation with your boss, with this on. For hanging out though, this is just peachy-keen

With the clary tamed, I could see wearing this with other blends to perk things up and/or maybe even chill them out...or at least relieve tension - either by feeling chill or laughing it out, as it seemed to do for the man last night Of course, I could also press the limit of a manageable amount just for Odyssey alone too...which I probably will be compelled to do regardless...

I tend to trial everything I have at some point or another at work...this was no exception. I had to wait for a good opportunity, like the weekend, because it's a smidge more laid back...

Just 2 sprays. 1 to front and back of neck. Thank goodness for the addition of the jasmine because that clary is not something that could be hidden I actually got complimented on it which was nice because I was hoping to NOT be obnoxious with the clary.

Had people in a good mood and at 2 sprays, wasn't over the top but was a noticeably good day and when I was near someone long enough it "spread". Probably not the everyday choice, hehe, but was fun for a day

Been wearing it mostly in the evening or on weekends around SO just to see his reactions too. Definitely mood boost and some silliness, but I've gotten my fair share of snuggle too so A+ so far.....

Did you also find during your testing that the effects lasted only 2h ?

I got a sample of Odyssey.. which I tested some time ago. I think I went up to 3 sprays but didn't see any hits from it. Perhaps I should try 4 or 5 sprays like you did, or since I didn't know it was fast burn perhaps I was not giving too much attention to the first 2hours after the application and missed the hits.

No, I hadn't noticed that it burned off that quickly.
The day I wore it to work I was seeing effects throughout the entire shift. It's a controlled temperature environment on the cool side, so the a-nol likely lasted longer due to that. Out and about during the day, while it's been hot and muggy, I notice it only lasts about 4 hours or so - same with at the club where I'm dancing and heated up more. But hanging at home or chilling somewhere I haven't noticed diminishing effects after just a couple hours.

I will say that it seems to depend on who I'm around. If I'm chilling with my guy or with a friend, at first they get very chatty and animated, happy. As time goes on I think they become used to the exposure and they seem to settle, though we continue to crack jokes and have lots of fun. In a setting, like a bar or at work, where I'm around a lot of different people during the time I'm there, I have a better gage of whether it's still hitting because of the reactions I get after being around someone for a bit and seeing the change in their mood or behavior.

3 sprays from even a small sample should have been sufficient for you to notice some kind of hit/s though

Definitely - I've noticed that, applying in the morning, I'll get -Androstenone aggression later that day, typically at night. Not in myself, but in others around me. Odyssey is best used within 2 hours, maximum 3 hours after application. Because of this conversion, I often used P96 to buffer it if I planned to continue using it later in the day, along with not applying extra -Androstenone.
