Something I have been doing with my mixes is building an alchol based spray with them.

Oil is 100% miscible with alcohol. So my oil based mixes have been diluted with perfumers alchohal and work stellar. Very use oil by itself.

Oil is still there but it?s sprayed.

The oils mixed with alcohol hit hard . I feel that the spray spreads the mones evenly and no rubbing.

I second this. I've done it with Isopropanol Alchohol. Not pa. The only issue am having is the longevity. Hits're on ya face kinda hits, but the longevity is down to 2 3 hours.

Put it this way. Alcohol is a spray delivery system. When you mix an oil with a spray it just spreads the delivery area.

You made a good point that it hits hard faster/sooner because of the application area but better/easier application. Shoud it last a less amount of time? I'm dubious.

Spread oil with your finger or mix with alcohol and spray? Alcohol evaporates fast and leaves only oil.

The time factor for me could be cos it's Isopropanol. From what I've gathered so far, it's a synthetic pure alchohol version. But pa is different. And I can't get hold of pa unfortunately. So that could be why my tests show that the longevity is decreased.

Do you guys know how different the effectiveness is by premixing oil pheromones with alcohol and spraying on vs applying oil pheromones directly to skin and spraying an alcohol based fragrance right on top of the pheromone application?

Fishdude, what ratio of alcohol to oil pheromones do you use when premixing?

Frankly just another app method.

My rather crude formule:

A 10 mil bottle of oil is said to contain 200 drops.

A 30 mil bottle is said to contain 200 sprays.

Hence, add 10 mils of oil to a 30 mil sprayer and fill the remainder with perfumers alcohol.

Application should be 1 spray = 1 drop of oil

Spray on a clean sheat of paper. Alcohol evaporates and oil remains.

Now, surely the alcohol carries away some of the mones but still works well for me.

Worth a try and I havent seen much document on it.

The above formula can obviously easily be scaled down for testing.

Also a good way to carry your favourite oil mixes in a mini sprayer to discreetly top up you scent if you feel it has dissipated.
