Outside social environments and cold weather

There are a few things I have been wondering about mones....


1. In my line of work right now 90% of my social activity is done outside, will this affect how well the mones work?

2. Also seeing as it's Winter and very cold here in Michigan, I was wondering if the cold weather will change the effects as well.
