Which version of the to-go do you have? Version 1.23 spray A or B? Application points? For socials - Your hair is fine along with wrist all over the neck and behind the ears.

For a suit and tie, I would suggest applying on your wrists, neck, or jawline, or a combo of all 3. Anywhere that is covered by thick clothing will be a bad app point because the air flow will not move mones around you as well.

If you unbotton the top of your dress shirt its also an option to use the upper chest, but since you mentioned a tie, probably not an option.

Some people also do ears and hair, for me, I have really long hair and sometimes it gets sweaty/wet and I dont want to wash the mones out or anything.

I usually only apply things like A314 or wolf under my nose for the self effects.
