Diffusion seems to be my problem also, with the exception of one or two mones none have really worked for me. But will def try the gauze method out. Anybody have any result from field testing the gauze?
Also how long does this last? Also if i was somehow able to get a spray mone like cohesion on the gauze using a bulb dropper or something would that work?

Maybe you can pump the spray into a bigger piece of gauze?

Thats what i was thinking. Also since you can remove the top of the spray i was thinking dipping the gauze into the mone directly but not sure how well it would work compared to oil.

You can use some half spray on the gauze, but dont bath the gauze into the bottle as you mention. The mones will be infected with bacteria and this is not good

Ok after the night out no dice for the gauze technique but then again it might be due to the crappy gauze i got. One of those cheap cvs ones and didn't really stick well. Also since i didnt find any in a small size it would be weird when you chatting with a lady and got like a big patch sticking out. Could cover it with clothes but that doesn't help the diffusion. Will get some better gauze and buy a diffusion necklace and try this over again. Need to get a oil based mone.

About this heating your skin to get diffusion going.

One of the first products I bought was Androstenone Pheromone Concentrate from Love Scent. The info is rather confusing, they state that it has an enormous content of pheromones but at the same time declare that it contains just a miniscule amount of none. In the Love Scent forum many suggest that for this very reason, the low pheromone concentration, it's good but just for the scent alone.

I agree with this, though I've never even tried it as a standalone. I think it smells really nice and it's an oil that heats up like no other (that I have tried). When I mix it with whatever else in my palm, it heats up like crazy. It seems to give great diffusion too, probably due to this heat effect.

Haven't tried it all too many times, simply because I have some other cover scents I've liked better but I'll be using it more now that this thread refreshed my mind.

anybody else have any ideas on how to heat up the skin to enhance diffusion? Toutsif any news on the homemade hyperemia inducing cream that you made and gave out to a couple of people? did it work with everyone's skin?

I have tried muscle relaxant (tiger balm) and capsacin. These don;t necessarily heat your skin up but after several hours, I see a low warmth in the app areas but I can't positively attribute it to the products. Will need to keep testing.

Just ordered a product called warm skin by aurora. Used by NFL players to keep them warm. The product doesn't act as a warming agent but rather as shield to prevent your body heat from escaping. Lets see how it works.

Another good way I have noticed it to get your core temp up. My app point is almost always on the neck, around my juggular. If i walk around for 2-5 minutes, I can feel my neck heat up. Also, I will do about 25-30 pushups to get the blood flowing and that has helped heat up the body too.

Toutsif. Thanks heaps for the post. I really appreciate it. I was thinking, about a double spray. Meaning; apply the mones first. Let it dry. Then apply the cover scent. And then when the cover scent fades, reapply the scent over it. Wouldn't that carry the mones into the air again?

Hey DrChocolate, this topic comes up more times that you would imagine. Toutsif has not posted here in 5 months so you probably won't get an answer from him.

Diffusion is the movement of molecules from a region of high concentration to one of low concentration.

Diffusion is on a sort of a bell curve.

This is how diffusion looks:



Most formulas will sort of ramp up to peak efficiency and then die out as displayed in the diagram.

Once you spray on the pheromones they react to the heat of your skin and air currents and they begin to diffuse. They fly off of your skin into the air.



It doesn't matter whether you spray cover first or mones first because everything will be covered by the principle of diffusion. Respraying cologne or mones will not reactivate either since they will fly off of your skin at anyway. adding extra cover will not stop diffusion of the pheromones it will however slightly change the rate of diffusion because of the concentration of molecules on your skin.





The rate of diffusion is determined by the weight of the pheromone molecules. Nols are the lightest molecules and will diffuse more rapidly.
