I get it all the time with divorcees too.
Anything that I have in common with the bastard ex husband is a major turnoff.
One woman just walked away after saying "that was also my ex husband's fav band".
Although it hardly ever happens to me with ex BFs, even of a few years.

Fortunately, we all have our own scent signature. It can be pheromone-enhanced, but at least we won't smell exactly like someone else (e.g., an ex).
