Based on this description I'm thinking that THU at 1 spray might be a good daily wear for low Androstenone producers.

I would go with 2-3 if you're a low none producer. This is def my most frequently used except i only use at night

I use it at 3 sprays and am older. I also use it combo with Captain at 3 sprays of each.

Nightly to bars and clubs. Sometimes Captain to work when I have meetings.

I just pulled the trigger on an unscented 10ml bottle of The Hookup to play with for daily wear. I'll let you know how it goes. I plan on using my own cover scent with it. Oh, and I'm not sure your definition of 'older guy' but I'm a little North of 40 as far as age goes.

How do you know/find out that you are a high/low/normal Androstenone producer in general?

Androstenone is a Testosterone metabolite. Therefore we can infer that the amount of naturally produced Androstenone is directly linked to the amount of Testosterone you produce.
