G'day Kalzon. Am not too sure about the cards. I do keep'em inside me pocket sometimes, to enforce me positive thoughts. But that's just me. I admit am superstitious sometimes. But I don't do it religiously.

I don't do it. But if it makes ya feel better and increase ur positive thoughts, I'd say go for it. I do listen to subs though. So I like to think am multitasking as a typical male. Lol.

Am not sure if Garry gave specific instructions. Cos I don't think there is any. Me humble suggestion, find out what increases the best of ya. And do that.
