Bite down on a pencil. Put it long ways like a dog playing fetch with an oversized stick.

This will train you to smile. Plus your laugh everytime you go to do it.

Thanks for the tips but I don't have a desire to force my mouth into an unnatural position. I was born with a down turned mouth. I embrace my resting bitch face .

Well if it's any better that's usually who I tend to hit on. It's like my goal to get them to crack a smile atleast lol. Usually it's just the face not the person. Well I've ran into a few that the face matched the attitude.
