It's another one of Walter White's creations. An oil based andro/copulins combo, in a 2 to 1 ratio. Basically, it's an "I'm already getting some" mone, intended to make women want to be with the guy that other girls are or have been with. You know how it goes, when you're in a dry spell, girls are ever elusive. Then when you finally find someone, when it rains it pours. The cops, from what I've read, really annoy lesbian women, who sometimes get froggy with the wearer. That scenario sounds hilarious, by the way.
