I wish LAL would switch to just production, testing and wholesale of pheromones and let others market and retail their products. They have a lot of decent to great products, but frankly if you can't really accept payments for more than a year, with a website, that looks like a customer-scarecrow, then you should leave the e-commerce part to someone else.

It would be much easier for him to simply put all of his products into his amazon account; which is something that most of us are wondering why he's not doing it. If it's due to amazon fees, then he could increase his prices by $3-5 to offset.
But even then, all the potential losses during that 1.5 years of not accepting payments through his website, are much higher than what amazon's fees could've been.
Not to mention that with amazon, he has higher chance of getting more visibility from new users than solely relying on his website.

Last thing want to do is buy cryptocurrency
like bitcoin / ethereum and suffer price loss
by time he accepts order and processes payment.

Agree! I already make 1 purchase and 1 refund after paypal chaos and he still respond very well, even with the refund.

Come on guys, I believe it is very unfair to even consider discarding LAL. Gary has always answered my emails, and has explained to me that he was trying everything possible to resolve the issue with Paypal but had no idea how long this would take. Anyone who has ever been involved with eCommerce will know exactly how shitty Paypal and other payment gateways can be. Why is it only LAL who are blocked by Paypal? Who knows, perhaps a worried competitor reported LAL on multiple occasions? Why are some emails not responded to? Perhaps those email addresses or the senders IPs have a bad spam rating? Why is the LAL website a bit basic? Who cares, it works and I'm interested in the products, the aesthetics of his website make absolutely no difference to my life.

One way or another, all of his products are available directly via LAL or via 3rd party vendors. I'll certainly be placing an order soon via the EU reseller. So let's wish Gary all the best for 2018 and hope that he gets Paypal under control.
