i ran out of perfumer's alcohol and got a bottle of unopened New Pheromone Additive lying around..so i was thinking to myself how about diluting mones with good old 80 proof vodka.so i threw in DPG,essential oils,New Pheromone Additive into a 30ml sprayer bottle and filled it up with vodka.the juices doesn't blend well with standard vodka,but give it a good shake before use and you're good to go..guess what! it works...hitting power is strong similar to New Pheromone Additive dilute with cologne.that means i don't need to buy perfumer's alcohol anymore

Smells like vodka, though

to me the smell of vodka is light and when i added essential oils,i couldn't detect any alcohol smell.just the citrus EOs

Guys have benn doing this since 2004. There are some threads about it on the old Love Scent forum.

Bacardi 151 Rum and Wray and Nephew White Overproof Rum are also good for this.

I like using rum because the rum flavoring is easy to work with. It makes for a nice accent in the scent package.

just curiosity: New Pheromone Additive can't be worn without being diluted?

New Pheromone Additive is a concentrate...and it stinks.

This is from the Love Scent website: "New Pheromone Additive for Men Pheromones is Very concentrated! New Pheromone Additive for Men should only be used for mixing with cologne or aftershave."

New Pheromone Additive is designed to be added to a favorite cologne or perfume. It is a concentrate with a unique dropper bottle. Containing about 5 times the Androstenone of the old Pheromone Additive just for starters.

Each bottle contains approximately 90 drops, 8 drops equals 1 ml. One can also use 2-3 drops directly onto shirt or clothes. Add the 7ml New Pheromone Additive to 25ml equivalent cologne / perfume. If you have more cologne / perfume / you need to add more New Pheromone Additive or vice versa

Most users don't bother mixing it into their cologne. They use 1 dab from the euro dropper and then spray on their cover.

Could you please tell us/me which EOils and how many drops you use with 30ml?
I'm trying to figure out which Eos are viable to blend with mones, so this could give another indication.
Pity that I don't have a clue what New Pheromone Additive consists of - it might well be that it is more stable stuff than usual phero-molecules - My tests so far make me believe that some citrus oils, esp. lemon, will damage Epirone and Androsterone-Sulphate while -None seems somewhat resistant.
Maybe Sulphate-groups are to fragile in general for use with Eoils.
That's only guesswork for now, I just ran a few superficial tests at this point.

I was also reading this description in the website while something crossed my mind: 7ml x 8 drops/ml = 56 drops ? Am I missing something or the information on the page is not very coherent?

just a simple blend and light concentration of EOs.can't remember the drops,abit of bergamot and abit of Orange essential oils

No, you are right. They are wrong...slightly wrong.

The drop is a unit of measure of volume, the amount dispensed as one drop from a dropper or drip chamber. It is often used in giving quantities of liquid drugs to patients, and occasionally in cooking.

The volume of a drop is not well-defined: it depends on the device and technique used to produce the drop, on the strength of the gravitational field, and on the density and the surface tension of the liquid. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drop_%28unit%29

A standard eyedropper dispenses 0.05 ml per drop, meaning there are 20 drops in 1 milliliter of product. So, doing the math, a 7 ml bottle has 90 drops.

Drop sizes vary with the eurodropper but the approximate amount is still about the same. So, 90 drops also with the eurodropper.
