Is my understanding that the Methoxyestratetraenone from Sigma-Aldrich, is in a non-liquid state, correct? How would you inevitably use it as a fluid concentrate, what would that require?

Sigma Aldrich doesn't carry Methoxyestratetraenone - 1, 3, 5(10), 7-Estratetraen-3-ol-17-one methyl ether any longer.
They carry Equillin - 1,3,5(10),7-Estratetraen-3-ol-17-one.
The methyl ether makes a difference in how this works. The only current US supplier that I know of is Steraloids, and they don't plan on making more than the little they now have in stock.

Perfumer's alcohol is isopropyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, and a denaturing agent. Isopropyl alcohol is not ideal for dissolving steroid pheromones. A better choice is ethanol, but you'll need to check with your state to see if it is legal to purchase a high grade ethanol where you live. Don't try to dissolve these in low grade ethanol (150 proof) as these contain a good deal of water that will inhibit the dissolving of these substances.
Methoxy-Estratetraenone is notoriously difficult to dissolve even in 190 to 200 proof ethanol. It will, however dissolve if the ethanol is gently warmed. Be careful to only warm the ethanol in a water bath, however, and never place your container directly on a burner or on a hot plate, because the flash point of ethanol is very low, and alcohol burns are not fun.
Also, be aware that the volume of ethanol will increase dramatically with heating, so it is important that you measure your total volume of ethanol before you warm it, and that you leave sufficient empty space in your container to contain the extra volume. The volume will return to its normal state as the solution cools. Also, be sure that your container of alcohol is capped and that you do not warm the mixture too much, because the alcohol will evaporate if you leave the container open, and the cap will explode if you heat the mixture too much. Alcohol has a very low boiling point.

Hi,
In my enthousiasm I was looking up information about Methoxyestratetraenone so I typed in the formula in google (C 18H 20O 2) and I stumbled upon this:
a synthetic nonsteroid with the properties of estrogen; formerly used to treat menstrual problems but was found to be associated with vaginal cancers in the daughters of women so treated during pregnancy
On this page:

That doesn't sound too positive, does it? Or did those people eat the Meo-ests?
I don't want to be negative, but also wanted to share this with you.

Koala's are known to only eat leaves from the eucalyptus tree.
They don't only get a full stomach of that, they also get stoned out of these leaves.
Can't nature be amazing?
