obviously pheromones relate to immune system in at least two ways. one is that high testosterone benefits men in competition, but has a cost in making them more susceptible to falling sick. and pheromonal output is related to testosterone levels. two is that women off the pill seek a mate with complementary majohistocompatibility complexes.

Quote:A new study in Nature Communications found that women can somehow tell just by looking at a man that he's got high levels of the manly hormone testosterone and a rock-solid disease-fighting system, and that they find the combination extremely sexy. The hottest men, the study found, had great immune systems, lots of testosterone, and low levels of the stress hormone cortisol. Here's what you should know:

Taking high amounts of Zink would fit into that picture i think ....

i have some kind of theory about taking Zink and pheromonal effects ..

what i´ve noticed in the past was that when i took Zink in autumn to be on the safer site concerning not getting sick ... catch a cold etc ..

was that things were running pretty good with girls ..

this could be .. because .. Zink has positive effects to the immune system and to test levels .. and to cortisol levels .. you get the pic Wink

Pago

just away ... Anyone

There is no doubt that modulating hormone levels (also with pregnenolone supplements for example) will influence how girls respond to you.

Quote:Many studies have investigated the ICHH by administrating testosterone, and a recent meta-analysis found little evidence that testosterone suppressed immune function. However, another component of the ICHH, which has received less empirical interest, suggests that there may also be an interaction in the other direction, with immune activation suppressing testosterone levels. We present a meta-analysis to test for this effect. Overall, there was a strong suppressive effect of experimental immune activation on testosterone levels (r=−0.52), regardless of whether live pathogens or non-pathogenic antigens were used to challenge the immune system. The latter is important because it shows that immune activation per se suppresses testosterone levels. Thus, a trade-off between immunocompetence and sexual displays may primarily be generated by the effect of immune activation on testosterone, rather than the opposite effect that has received most attention.

On a related note- The urine of infected mice ceases to be attractive to female mice. There's definitely a strong association between attraction and the immune system. The only question is which way things run.

Testosterone levels probably correlate with stress levels. Chronic high stress correlates with lower levels of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), and higher levels of DHT. DHT is a powerful androgen and a cause of male pattern balding.
