if you want a combination of IO and IH,get yourself some P74.people just wana talk and talk,also share a few personal stories with you and cheap.that's not all,this is bonding in a bottle and buddy buddy with the guys.just be careful though,74 at high dose can make some guys become TOO CLOSE AND COMFORTABLE with you and girls see you as a GOOD FRIEND.to fix this problem with the ladies,wear 74 with your alpha/sexual mixes and you're a chick magnet.that is the reason why alot of users use P74 with A314 for that crushy effect

30-40mcg but you have to wear it with your sexual mix,or alpha/sexual mix.if you wear it solo or with your general friendly mix,instant friendzone! also P74+IH is a good Androstadienone substitute without the depression.it doesn't hit as hard as Androstadienone ,but still pretty effective

P74 is one of my favourites as well. I found it to be like IS, but without the 'crash' effect after a few hours, which I always seem to get when I use IS. Don't know why that happens, but it gives me one hell of a energy boost after a night out. With P74, I don't get the tired when wearing it.
I like to use P74 (10mcg) with P83 (20mcg). I tend to use two sprays of each to my neck (one spray of each to the front & back), so for those wanting the numbers -
P74 (20mcg) and P83 (40mcg).
If I'm out clubbing, I'll transfer the two mones from my 30ml bottles to two 2-go sprayers; and apply as and when throughout the night, so I have no idea of what dosage I'm wearing come the end of the night, but it's always 2 sprays of each front and back, usually every couple of hours.
Most of the people I go out clubbing with are 10 years younger than me. Without any sprays, I'm just a regular guy from work, but with them, I'm like one of the crowd, I see the change in people every time I use the products.

Perhaps I'm the only one, but I have uses for pheromones besides helping attract women
I get that most users get interested in Pheromones for that reason, and I did too, but Pheromones like p74 and p83 have done wonders for other aspects of my life. I teach martial arts, so getting to know people and then invading their personal space is an every day thing. Imagine instantly being at ease with someone (perhaps of the opposite sex) and letting them manipulate your body. It takes a fair amount of trust.
I agree in principle though, that p74 by itself does not have very attractant or sexual effects. It seems fairly asexual (neither pro nor con) but it does reduce social barriers, facilitating closeness.
I combine it with p83 a lot, which has people begging to hug you, really. If you are out on the prowl, add a sexual and it's golden.

I think I've narrowed down a self effect of P74 that pulls me towards introversion and away from extroversion, specifically in the Ni vs. Ne Cognitive Processes.
I use it at work and I just seem to get work done without getting sidetracked. Just dudes at work tho. I don't have those opportunities for testing 'mones with a bunch of old white guy engineers.
It is amazing social, I have 15 mcg per spray bottle myself. 2 sprays and everyone was like hey buddy how U doing and sharing more personal stuff about them selfs. Very attractive for gay people I know few and they were trying get my attention even if they know I am straight LOL. However I had to stop using it because after 2 weeks I had kinda panic attacks
So I took break from it hoping it will help and after about one month break and application again makes me still panic again even half of spray
And yes it is instant friendzone stuff as well.
