1. You need a cover with the aggressive stuff so while I've never used New Pheromone Additive I'd say 'yes.' At the very least use some kind of aftershave or deodorant. They tend to be good at covering mones and are cheap and generally tolerated. The only downside is that you'll smell like a lot of other people.
2. Start with a small amount of New Pheromone Additive and gauge her reaction. People have variable reactions to the really aggressive mones. You're young, so you probably won't need as much.

2)First I use the mones on my neck and then I spray the same spot with scent/deodorant?

That is a lot to use around a sixteen year old. Stick to one drop or a couple of small dabs for starters.
Yes, cover them well. New Pheromone Additive can get very smelly, fast.
Its difficult to say - I've always found New Pheromone Additive does better with older women and can come on too strong for younger ones but she is already physically/sexually comfortable around you to some degree and that helps a lot!
If you know her cycle, do try to avoid using New Pheromone Additive or other sexually aggressive Pheromones when she's on her period - Androstenone tends to become very unwelcome then.
Knowing her cycle might be a good idea. You mentioned breaking up three times.
Why did the breakup happen and who broke it off?
And did the breakups coincide with her cycle anywhere.
Its possible that your natural none output might be tied in.
16 is young and shes inexperienced with her feelings.

I'm new here as well and have limited experience, but I've used New Pheromone Additive, and I would say try one drop. It does indeed stink. I;m 36 and one drop practically fd me up (a few times it jacked up my heart rate and made me paranoid, and few times it made me feel like I imagine clint eastwood used to feel back when he was 40 or so), it's powerful stuff! Spread that drop out well, and maybe try getting a bit around your waist.
