Here is a picture.
What I see is an oily surface in the middle of the liquid and when I shake it it turns milky. It has always been crystal clear.
I just saw this and I freaked out.Can anyone guess the cause and if this caused any damage?I'm suspecting 2 causes:
1. I had them in a drawer which has its back very close to a heat radiator but the drawer itself wasn't in contact and I find it very unlikely to be able to heat it more than it should. Also I had them in this place for more than a week and this happened within a day or 2.
2. 1 or 2 days before this happened I, for the first time, opened the bottles out of curiosity to see if I can (thinking to transfer them in small sprayers).I read in a similar thread (About wolf) that this could be an oxidation issue.
I haven't tried any AD products (yet), but I was under the impression mones (while still in the bottle, at least) can stand up to heat pretty well. Can definitely say I've left some in my car during the summer time for hours at a time and never saw anything like that.
Dunno about your second theory, though.

Thanks. It's good to hear they aren't so much sensitive to heat.I really think they didn't overheat though and me opening the bottles just before it happened can't be a coincidence.
Can anyone help?Mark maybe this fits better in the men's area?I've seen a similar thread about wolf so maybe it's something you can see in any transparent bottle...

I think the issue is probably with the silicone base being exposed to heat. I've also had problems with Alpha Dream products becoming inconsistent in appearance because they were left in the heat. I'm not sure the exact issue, though.
I have the same condition, but not with alpha dream

I have my doubts if this is due to heat. What kind of heat you exposed yours to?Did they changed in behaviour also?

What is the cause of yours?Heat or oxidation?
I had this happen to my glace when I opened the bottle to transfer into a Togo, you may have got bacteria in there but it totally ruined my glace, was not as effective at all.
It's water/moisture eith from added product or enviro.

do you think it reduces the effect?
Blade it couldn't be bacteria as I didn't touch it.i didn't remove the cap either, just unscrew it a bit and screw it again.

Alpha Dream describes the milkiness due to moisture.
