Its often been said you need quality sleep for a good sex life. A good 7-9 hrs a night for most people.
In todays society many don't get enough sleep.. if you're older it's even more of a crutch.
Question: if you can't get 7-9 hrs of sleep at night for good sex life, can getting 5-6 hrs at night and 1-2 hrs in the daytime still help your overall hormonal profile and libido ? Or will the hormonal profile only change positively if the sleep occurs at nighttime at one stretch?

As many say, sex isn't high on priority list for survival, if you're stressed and have bad sleep the sex will be poor. Suma root sounds interresting!
