Hi all.
I have terrible self-effects with dienone so i want to avoid it as much as possible.

With this said, i hope this post can accomplish 2 things for those of us sensitive to that stuff:

1) a running list of products with dienone in it or suspected to have dienone.
Since i started the thread, it's only fair i contribute first (this is from stuff i own)

Alfa Maschio
Taboo (small amounts of it only, i believe)
Imprint

2) are there any ways to counter dienone's self-effects?

I know several posters have said always mix glace or an upbeat social with a harder dienone product like AM... are there any other 'mones that counter dienone self effects?

I hope you guys continue this list. Thanks

The problem is that dienone raises cortisol levels which leads to fatigue and feelings of depression if you already have higher then normal cortisol levels or are particularly sensitive. I don't know that an other product can buffer the effect as well as products that are mixed with that in mind. So far Taboo is the only one that really seems to buffer the effects reasonably well. I have a sample of Imprint but it's prior to the dienone bump...

Cohesion XS, Crush XS

I tend to use those sprays last, such that I only use them in combo with other ones and spray the other pheromones on first. Then the moment I feel the tiredness/depression I was it all off immediately and within 10 mins I am fine.
