You were right on Ekscentra. I joined and introduced myself and never got a gift certicicate. Then I emailed asking how to obtain it and then the forum was closed the next day.

Ya. It appears something ain't right over there. They don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, had no presence in their own forum since mid-october, and weren't sending out the 25.00 discounts to new members for joining the forum. As well as the forum domain being suspended.
I'm curious if they're still fulfilling orders but not curious enough to place one.

They are still fulfilling orders. I completed a new order over the weekend and it on its way to me right now.
Their forum is back up and running again now.
I personally think there are too many pheromone forums already, and True is severely limiting their reach by branding it as a pick-up artist forum, but hey, to each his own.
