It's supposed to be a less overpowering version of A314 for those under 30.

Sounds like a selling gimmick to me. They should sell a314 blood type a version

What if your 28? Should you buy the younger version???

Na, just not worth my time.

I'm 23 and the regular Alpha words great for me. Think it really depends on the person.
