yes, although realm for men is said to contain est while Realm for women is said to contain Androstadienone . Though by today's standards, realm is passe and amateur...though I must say, back in the mid 1990's...I got a lay from this. I used Realm for years before I found this site and P-Talk. It is a really nice cologne. I got compliments all the time. As for the sex, it was hit or miss. With my girlfriends, it seemed to work OK, but I was gettin some anyway, so who knows. It is still available if you want to try it, but as said earlier, much stronger options out there.
