A lot of people love NA and Glace. I have no substantial experience with Posses, but based on NA alone I can say its a great stand alone and it shines with Glace.

Good question, but it depends on what effects you’re looking for. Glace is a good icebreaker - makes people talkative. Paired with NA, it could give off a friendly alpha vibe.
