The short name for this stuff seems to be boldione and it's been a controlled substance (schedule III) in the US since 2010.

Just call to ask if there are any exceptions.
Unless you have credentials like a business, degree, lab, they're not going to make any exceptions to "home researchers". I also believe they're generally dealing in wholesale so again, good luck with that.
